Melinda C. Patterson-Litman is the daughter of Melvin Clifford Patterson Sr. & Alice Faye Oglesby. She was born on 12 Sept 1961 in Easley, South Carolina. Melinda has an Associates Degree in Merchandising, a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a Master's Degree in Management. She is married to Austin Speir Litman of Anderson, South Carolina (April 1985). She is a Major in the U.S. Army and has been assigned to Europe, Korea, Hawaii, and Virginia. She is currently awaiting promotion to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and possible relocation to Atlanta. Austin and Melinda have two lovely children: Devin Jameel Litman and Teria Mone Litman. Devin, born 8 Sept 1990 in Petersburg, VA. enjoys Tae Kwon Do, Trampoline Jumping and Basketball. Teria, born 31 August 1995 in Oahu, Hawaii, enjoys praise dancing, bike riding and spending Mom’s money. Teria is also an A/B Honor roll student in school. She and Devin both sing in the church choir.
